Made-to-Order & Custom Production

All products listed under the L.B.C™ brand are custom manufactured upon purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge that items are made specifically for you and cannot be canceled once production has commenced.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and email address so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, brand logos, t-shirt designs, text, and visual assets associated with L.B.C™ (Lost by Choice) are the exclusive property of L.B.C™. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the business entity operating this store, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the customer’s country or region.
